Custom Pantone colors require a mold color batch:

• 10,000 – 20,000 pcs minimum
• Lead time: 30-45 days

Custom shapes

New mold development:

• 30,000 – 50,000 pcs minimum
• Tooling cost: $2,000 – $8,000
• Lead time: 60-90 days

Decoration

• Screen printing: 5,000 pcs
• Hot stamping: 5,000 pcs
• Labeling: 1,000 pcs (cheapest option)
